Cialis

Cialis is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation providing for a safe and stable erection. Although this drug may be also used for other medical conditions its primary use if erectile dysfunction. The cases of severe side effects are extremely rare as Cialis is well tolerated, but you need to refrain from further sexual activity and contact your doctor or health care provider in case you experience any of the following side effects: nausea, dizziness, pain, numbness, tingling in the chest, arms, neck or jaw.

Before making up your mind about Cialis it’s very important to be aware of any other drugs you are currently taking, for example, nitrate drugs for heart problems or chest pain – nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate and isosorbide mononitrate, as well as amyl nitrate or nitrite. The combination of Cialis and nitrate drugs can lead to a sudden drop of blood pressure, resulting in fainting, heart attack or stroke. If you have to take nitrate drugs 48 hours since the last dose of Cialis should pass before you do. In that case the patient should be closely observed by the doctor to exclude any complications and ensure prompt medical assistance.
